Gentle exercises to remove neck tension

These are simple exercises you can do when you have a few minutes to spare to help remove neck tension. Relax while doing each movement slowly and repeat 5 times.

Move your head in a sweeping movement from side to side, lowering your chin towards your chest.

Move your head slowly forwards and backwards as if nodding.
