Remedial Massage

Time Taken: 30 or 60 minutes

Remedial massage uses a combination of techniques to reduce pain, promote healing and address minor posteral issues. It uses a combination of Deep Tissue massage, coupled with Muscle Energy Techniques.

The aim of this massage is to reduce and give relief from pain, and help rectify some posteral issues brought about by modern living.

The first appointment will require a full consultation that takes about 20 minutes to complete. Most Remedial techiques are applied while the client is dressed, usually in T shirt and shorts.
